Assistant Pole Inspectors, Treatment Applicators, and General Labourers
Operating in a family like environment, PoleCare has long enjoyed the advantage of very high employee loyalty and morale. Regardless of the highly seasonal nature of our industrial sector, over 90% of our workers return every year when job starts. This gives PoleCare the advantage of highly experienced crews, not just foremen and supervisors. In fact, most members of the entire PoleCare team have been on board for over 5 years, with some over a decade long.
